Duties & Responsibilities Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the aftersales team Communicating to customers via the telephone and emails Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently Assist with the booking of hotel rooms on a weekly basis Ensure internal systems and databases are kept up to date Assist with the scheduling of the service engineers work Provide holiday cover for other administrative teams when required to do so Skills - Excellent attention to detail A can-do attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to deal with difficult customers Experience - Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential Personal Attributes - Driven Willingness to learn Motivated Resilient Strong interpersonal skills Friendly & Approachable Methodical in your work Ability to prioritise Team player Qualifications - GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
