Contracts Manager Social Housing (North West) North West Permanent or Temporary Options Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of planned works programmes across social housing stock in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operational leader who can balance performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction while working in a highly visible, stakeholder-facing role. The Role You will be responsible for managing contracts delivering planned works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. A key part of the role is working closely with residents and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle of works. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of planned works programmes across occupied social housing Manage contractors, site teams, and supply chain partners Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and programme timelines Resolve issues proactively, particularly in live environments Drive a customer-first approach across all works About You Were looking for a confident and experienced leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced social housing environment.
