We’re looking for a versatile Field Application Engineer (FAE) who thrives at the intersection of software and hardware. In this role, you’ll partner with customers to design, deploy, and optimize solutions that combine high-performance compute systems with next-generation AI/ML applications. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where your technical expertise will directly shape real-world impact. This role is hybrid, based out of Cyprus. Who You Are Experienced Field Application Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Specialist with a background spanning both hardware and software. Skilled programmer in Python with working knowledge of C++ and/or CUDA for parallel processing. Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with experience deploying and optimizing models. Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for customers. What We Need Technical partner for customers designing AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, vision, and language models. Expertise in hardware platforms (CPUs, GPUs, accelerators) to support installation, configuration, and performance optimization. Ability to troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, drivers, and software in Linux environments. Contributor to customer success by training users, sharing feedback with engineering, and staying current on AI and hardware advancements.
