Field Based - This role will manage upwards of 20 nurse clinics across Scotland and the North of England

Reporting to the National Nurse Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager leads a team of in-store Nurses to deliver safe and effective patient services and achieve commercial goals by providing direction and support to ensure all services are delivered in a consistent, professional, and profitable manner, through optimal working practices.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering the Nurse clinic and in-store private services budget
* Leading, coaching, and developing the Nurse Team to deliver exceptional patient service, customer experience, and develop a commercial plan to maximize all revenue opportunities
* Implementing best practices on optimal working across all Nurse clinics
* Fostering relationships with local Authorities, GPs, hospitals, businesses, and other key stakeholders to grow the business
* Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures for all clinical practice and supporting the development of policies and guidelines
* Ensuring best practice in the Nurse Clinic and following up on areas of development through clinic audits
Customer Service:
* Leading by example to deliver 'That Superdrug Feeling' and a great Customer Experience, demonstrated through the Superdrug Customer Experience Measure
* Promoting healthcare services to customers and key stakeholders
People Management:
* Participating in recruitment and supporting nurse induction programmes
* Encouraging a 'one team' spirit, nurturing a positive culture, and sharing best practices
* Communicating openly with the Nurse team and other departments
* Supporting ongoing personal, professional, and clinical development of the Nurse team
Professional Development:
* Staying updated with clinical and operational knowledge across NHS, Public Health, and Private sectors
* Ensuring adherence to Information Governance and data protection policies
* Managing responses to clinical incidents
Requirements:
* Significant experience leading a team of clinical experts in a field-based role
* Understanding of core principles of retail or commercial environments
* Revalidation lead experience
* Effective planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license and willingness to undertake extensive UK-wide travel with occasional overnight stays
