Overview
Cloud, We are a highly respected global organization seeking to add an IT Support Analyst to our IT Team in Wentworth, Surrey. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute behind the scenes to some of the sports biggest events, including the Ryder Cup and DP World Tour. Joining our small, collaborative team, you will provide day-to-day technical support to staff across our global organization, with great variety in your work. This position is onsite 5 days a week, ideal for a candidate looking to learn, develop, and grow within a leading business.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st/2nd line technical support
* Act as the routine contact point, receiving and handling support requests
* Respond to a wide range of service requests by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution
* Perform first-line investigation and diagnosis and promptly escalation unresolved issues as necessary
* Assist in developing standards and apply these to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalation issues
* Contribute to creating support documentation
* Manage the ticketing system (Zendesk), ensuring SLAs are met

Qualifications
* Experience working with Microsoft environments
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, including Entra, O365, and Azure
* Good understanding of Microsoft Licences
* Experience with iOS and Windows devices
* Some networking experience would be advantageous
* Good knowledge of WiFi technologies would also be beneficial
