Job Title: Production Operative (Nights)
Location: East Cowes, Isle of Wight
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary on-going
Salary: £13.51 per hour
Hours: 11pm-7am
About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client based in East Cowes. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Assemble, inspect, and package products to quality standards
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times
* Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred but not essential)
* Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
