Working closely with housing associations and public sector clients, they provide full turnkey solutions including insulation, renewable technologies, and decarbonisation works - playing a key role in the UK's journey to net zero. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across multiple projects. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of retrofit and refurbishment schemes, ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining strong client relationships. You'll be working across a mix of EWI, insulation, roofing, and renewable installation projects, often within occupied social housing environments.
