We are looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter in the Isle of Wight working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on day to day repairs and planned maintenance team.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter you will be responsible for:
5. Fitting of various types of doors
6. First and second fixing carpentry
7. Kitchen installations
8. Ceramic wall tiling
9. Minor plumbing
The successful Multi Skilled Carpenter will:
10. Have a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
11. Must be competent in 2 other secondary skills.
12. Full current driving license.
13. A DBS check
The experience required for the Multi Skilled Carpenter role:
14. Experience preferred in UPVC repairs and maintenance (doors and windows)
15. Kitchen and/or bathroom installations - 1st & 2nd Fix.
16. Be able to competently complete basic plumbing repairs
