Finance Business Partner
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner with a strategic mindset, commercial sharpness and business partnering strength to drive financial performance, enhance cost discipline and influence decision‑making across the organisation. This high‑impact role partners with senior leaders and operational teams, turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that shapes both operational delivery and long‑term strategy.
Responsibilities
* Build trusted relationships across the organisation and embed financial thinking in key decisions.
* Challenge constructively, step into strategic conversations, ask the right questions and help the organisation make better, more informed choices.
* Lead the identification of cost‑saving opportunities, analyse cost trends, challenge assumptions and provide insightful commentary that drives accountability.
* Develop and maintain robust cost models, support scenario planning and help embed a culture of disciplined, value‑driven financial management.
* Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring financial plans are accurate, aligned and delivered with clarity.
* Play a key role in month‑end, strengthen governance and controls, and contribute to wider transformation and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA, ACA).
* Strong experience in business partnering, cost management and financial analysis within a large or complex organisation.
* Strategic mindset, confidence to challenge constructively and ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
* Strong modelling capability, commercial curiosity and ability to build trusted relationships.
