As a Customer Service Representative at the Society, you will be responsible for creating long term relationships with our new and existing Customers, supporting them through their key milestones in life.
Your day to day will be a bit like this:
1. Ensure customers receive excellent service, address enquiries, resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
2. To be responsible for all till management activities
