Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainer, assessor and internal verifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage learners effectively. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including workshops, presentations, and e-learning modules.
* Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with management to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant training materials that reflect current industry practices.
* Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Trainer, assessor and verifier or in a similar role within a professional environment.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Ability to engage learners through interactive teaching methods and foster a positive learning environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
