This is a fantastic opportunity for a Court of Protection solicitor to join this long standing and forward-thinking regional heavyweight firm. The team is recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers as a top for Court of Protection work. With well recognised and respected Panel Deputies as part of the team you will be mentored by the best in this field.
You will ideally have at least 6 months experience in this field during your training contract and you will be fully committed and passionate about Court of Protection work.
The caseload includes assisting injured parties, elderly clients and those with special needs to manage their property & affairs where a deputy order is in place. The team also deals with court panel referrals, professional attorneyships and trusteeships for personal injury awards.
