The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as the primary point of contact while driving long-term value and growth.
You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, ensuring service delivery meets expectations while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
* Understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
* Conduct regular client reviews to ensure performance, satisfaction, and engagement
* Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
* Negotiate renewals and commercial agreements to maximise account value
* Work towards and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and SLAs
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
* Monitor account performance, identifying risks and opportunities
* Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and resolve effectively
* Maintain accurate reporting and account data within CRM systems
* Support wider team initiatives and projects where required
About You
* Experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client-facing role
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
* Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
