Marketing and Business Development department.
Your new role
You will provide essential administrative support to the project team, helping ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves a mix of technical document preparation and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Marketing and Business Development team with:Preparation and population of SQs, PQQs, and bid documentsUpdating staff profiles, project sheets, and client statements with new informationCoordinating and reconciling reports to ensure accuracy and relevanceAssisting in thepilation of documentation for bids and tenders
2. Provide general administrative support including:Typing and formatting documentsBooking meeting roomsScanning, photocopying, and filing documents
What you'll need to succeed
3. Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
7. Excellentmunication skills and a proactive approach
