What You’ll Be Doing
* Resolve SAP incidents related to SAP Quality Management solutions.
* Manage requirements analysis by understanding change requests from end users and collaborating with key stakeholders and ERP functional staff.
* Oversee the development of functional specifications for SAP Quality Management configurations, working with internal and external partners during the build and testing phases.
* Collaborate on larger projects with functional consultants and developers from SI partners to deliver impactful changes.
* Support high-quality documentation production, primarily functional specifications, and review project documents.
* Engage with your user community to foster strong partnerships.
* Act as the data quality custodian for the organization.
Your Skills and Experiences
Essential
* Extensive experience in SAP Quality Management and application of SAP Quality principles (ECC or S/4).
* Proven track record in delivering multiple SAP project lifecycles in a Lead/Senior Technical/Consultant role, especially in complex regulated environments.
* Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications while collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.
* Understanding of key ITIL processes.
* Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications in the Quality Management area.
Desirable
* Completion of SAP QM courses (e.g., S44100 Implementing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
* Technical experience, including debugging and a basic understanding of ABAP.

About the SAP ERP Team
By joining our team, you'll support approximately 15,000 EE and 14,000 SAP users. Our immediate team consists of SAP Functional support and subject matter experts across various SAP modules. We ensure that incidents and service requests are handled promptly, and we have an exciting roadmap of projects to enhance our capabilities in the coming years. Relocation support packages are available for all Submarines roles, subject to eligibility criteria.
