Recognised as innovative and providing high quality services to the vulnerable adults in supported living specialising in autism support. We are recruiting service managers to support the area manager in the running of services in Crewe and Nantwich.
This is a new and exciting opportunity which have been created for an individual who is passionate, ambitious and driven individual. Seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Team Leader or manager to work as part of the senior management team to support and drive the services forward.
As the Service Manager, you will the managers in the day-to-day running of the service which includes:
* Development, implementation and monitoring of individual Care Plans
* Maintenance of a safe, secure and homely environment
* Leadership and guidance of an established staff team
* Staff training and development
* Recruitment and induction of new staff
We require:
* Level 3 Health & Social Care
* A minimum of two years' management experience within supported living service
* Experience of working with vulnerable individuals diagnosed with autism and Learning disabilities
* A sound knowledge of current legislation and regulations
