Job Description
Oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily construction (80+ units minimum)
Manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards in a deadline-driven environment
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, engineers, and designers
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with affordable housing processes and tax credit requirements.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Monitor quality and safety control and ensure all construction work meets established standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must have:
8-10 years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction (minimum 80 units)
Affordable housing experience and familiarity with tax credit compliance
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-heavy environments
Self-motivated and able to take full ownership of projects-no micromanagement
1. Polished, professional communication skills
2. Procore proficiency, OSHA 30, Site work experience A MUST
