The Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the "take to market" element of our services, defining our brand identity, and boosting revenue through both digital and traditional marketing. You will bridge the gap between retail product sales and postal service promotions (mail, banking, courier services).
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans to drive growth for both the retail and post office sectors.
Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end promotional campaigns for in-store products and special postal services (e.g., Christmas shipping, holiday promos).
Digital & Social Media: Manage company social media pages ( Facebook, Instagram ) to increase online presence and local footfall .
In-Store Marketing (PoS): Design and produce in-store displays, posters, and signage to promote products and services, maximizing Average Transaction Value (ATV).
Local Community Marketing: Build partnerships with local businesses, residents, and community groups to promote our local "hub" concept.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI and improve the customer experience.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or a similar marketing role (postal/logistics experience is a plus).
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms .
Creative Flair: Strong graphic design skills ( Canva or Adobe Creative Suite ) for creating promotional materials .
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret sales data and trends to create actionable insights.
