Registered Nurse - Nights - Part Time
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a fantastic team in a Care Home in Chew Magna, Bristol on a part-time basis. Hourly Rate: £20 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and stakeholders
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
Qualifications
RGN (active PIN)
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Day-to-Day
Engage in daily tasks that align with the company's objectives and priorities
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning
Provide regular updates on progress and address any challenges promptly
Ensure all work is completed within agreed time lines and to the highest standard
Support colleagues and assist with additional duties as required
