Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience and effectively managing complaints when they arise
* Excite and motivate other colleagues in your department by sharing knowledge of your brand, communicating stories of newness, product exclusives and other information to help drive sales, and cascading this information through training
* Take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation and spot opportunities to improve business, customer service and retail standards
* Understand and follow health and safety procedures and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss
* Adapt to daily challenges; this is a flexible role where you may work across different departments while maintaining service excellence and collaboration
* Build and develop your own client base using exceptional service skills to nurture customer relationships that you will maintain through personalized service
Qualifications & Attributes
* All over the numbers. You will be set sales, CRM, and NPS targets and should be curious and eager to learn
* A great communicator who is passionate about products and can deliver inspiring brand training to your team
* Well informed about competitors and market trends
* Known to be a sales and service expert
* Collaborative; able to keep brand partners and internal teams informed about successes, challenges and customer feedback
* Approachable; a leader in your department, engaged with the wider team and available for queries and coaching
* A proud shopkeeper; responsible for replenishing stock and upholding Selfridges standards
