Our multidisciplinary team is friendly and proactive, delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Critical Care in a purpose-built, spacious ten-bed unit. This busy, dynamic unit admits emergency and elective patients from various specialties.
As part of the cross-site Critical Care department, we collaborate with units at Denmark Hill for patient care and education. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team in a prestigious Trust committed to innovation, patient-centered care, and making a difference.

Main duties of the job
Critical Care Nursing involves providing specialized, compassionate care to critically ill patients. Nurses monitor, assess, and manage patients with life-threatening conditions, playing a vital role in their recovery.
You must be a safe, effective practitioner capable of delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting patients' families within a multidisciplinary team.
You will supervise and develop junior staff and learners, maintaining your personal development with ongoing support.
