Reception & Enquiries: Assisting the front-office team during peak times, answering phone calls, and dealing with face-to-face enquiries from students, parents, and local residents. Resource Coordination: Managing the inventory of office and classroom supplies, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring that curriculum materials are organized and accessible. Document Preparation: Drafting letters to parents, creating student reports, and formatting school documents to ensure a professional and consistent standard of communication.
