About the Role: As a Valuer, you’ll be responsible for building and developing the agency’s presence within your designated area – Grantham. You’ll take the lead on local marketing, canvassing, and networking to generate new business, with the full support of a regional super hub office. Your main focus will be to value properties, win instructions, and manage those listings through to completion – all while leveraging an established team of Negotiators, Sales Progressors, and Administrators to handle the day-to-day sales journey.
