Job Description
3. Manage and support the finance team
4. Ensure that ledgers are maintained accurately
5. Respond to and resolve finance related queries
6. Continuously review and improve processes and systems across the finance function
7. Prepare the month end trial balance, posting all month end journals and work with the FD to produce a full consolidated month-end reporting pack
8. Deliver monthly variance analysis against budget
9. Provide in-depth gross margin analysis overall
10. Periodic and ad hoc financial analysis
11. Manage the ledgers and coordinate with accountants for overseas subsidiaries
12. Support with year-end
13. Prepare VAT returns
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
14. Studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Or have relevant experience - Essential
15. Experience of working in a similar role - Essential
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Essential
17. Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools - Essential
18. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial matters - Essential
19. Excellent organisational and time management abilities - Essential
