Support Sales Team
* Book appointments for contract renegotiations and new installations
* Provide customer information and insights to assist sales follow-up
* Handle customer queries, offering excellent service and solutions
* Process purchase orders
* Act as a central ordering point for national cylinder customers
* Manage contracts, set up accounts, and send customer quotes
* Use Salesforce to manage leads and support marketing campaigns (training provided)
* Organise diaries, appointments, and communications for the sales team
Candidate Requirements
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
* Experience with MS Office; Salesforce or CRM knowledge is a bonus
Salary
Upto £26,000 (Dependent on experience)
