This is a unique opportunity to work within a top-ranked team (Chambers & Partners) that advises a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and executors across Scotland, the UK, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting wills and powers of attorney
* Trust and executry administration
* Estate planning and tax advice for high-net-worth clients
* Advising on personal injury trusts and incapacity cases
* Cross-border succession and tax matters
* Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to team training
* Leading client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
* NQ–4 years PQE in private client law
* Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship management
* Commercial awareness and billing experience
* Passion for mentoring and team collaboration
* Committed to delivering high-quality legal services
