21. We have 1 male who is both physically able and capable but does need reminders and prompts to do things
22. He needs some who is calm and does not panic.
23. He will often question your rationality
24. He likes living on his own and is proud of his home and belongings
25. His home makes him feel secure and needs reassuring he is going back home.
What is important to him?
26. He loves going out in the community but need reassures he is going back home afterwards
27. He enjoys drawing & painting
28. He loves watching documentaries on TV and anything to do with cars, his favourite programme is Wheeler Dealer
29. He love going out for food and drink
30. He loves going for walks depending on the weather
31. He loves music especially Phil Collins
32. He likes going for days out and lives close to local transport and has a car you can take him out in
33. I do not enjoy spending time around people who are bossy, pushy and noisy. People running around shouting and making noise will upset me
Other Important Information?
34. 1:1 support on all shifts
35. 14 hour Shifts with sleep overs
36. You will receive shadow along side other already trained staff while he gets to know you, trust and accept you
