Teaching Personnel is seeking a skilled and compassionate Teacher to support pupils with both Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs starting September 2025.
About the Role:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to SEN and SEMH pupils’ individual needs
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports emotional wellbeing and academic progress
Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, support staff, and families to provide holistic care and education
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to promote engagement and success
Who we’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN and SEMH education
Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and effective behaviour management techniques
Empathetic, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
DBS check or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
