This 3-month contract has the potential for full-time employment for the right candidates. The Role: Working in Bassett, Lordshill, Shirley, and the City Centre Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday PAYE direct with Berry Recruitment - including holiday pay Carrying out property maintenance and UPVC installations (would be an advantage) Working within the Housing Operations team, liaising with residents and colleagues You will be provided with a van, tools, uniform and PPE. What We're Looking For: Qualified Carpenter with experience in property maintenance To have served a recognised apprenticeship to a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Wood Occupations or equivalent with 3 years' experience of working in the domestic, commercial construction & maintenance environment.
