As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be expected to:

• Carry out grounds maintenance works to domestic and communal grassed areas which Sovini Property Services manage. Duties will include, grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning and bed work.
• Ensure high quality performance is delivered.
• Adhere to contract programmes and ensure target times are achieved.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues.
