What does the job involve?
•\tAreas of coverage: South-West, South Wales, South Central, East & West Sussex, Surrey, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands
•\tSales Management: Effectively manage your sales areas, maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving growth.
•\tPartner Collaboration: Work closely with our partners’ sales teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to area growth.
•\tDistributor Support: Engage with distributors in the Electrical Wholesale industry to inspire and assist them in stocking and promoting our products, providing the tools and resources they need for success.
•\tCommunication: Maintain ongoing communication with key partners through various platforms including face-to-face meetings, emails, and video calls.
•\tData Analysis: Monitor sales trends, track performance, and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
•\tTraining and Merchandising: Support distributor sales teams through training sessions, merchandising support, and in-field activities to help boost product sales.
•\tEvents and Demonstrations: Represent our brands at trade shows, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and attend events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

•\tExperience: A customer-focused individual with a proven track record in sales, account management, or distributor support.
•\tSkills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•\tAttributes: Resilient, adaptable, with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•\tDriving License: Essential.
