The Role This role is about more than delivering lessons - it's about empowering students through performance, creativity, and collaboration. In this role, you will: Deliver high-impact, practical Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Use devising, improvisation, scripted work, and performance techniques to engage learners Create a safe, expressive space where students take risks and find their voice Develop students' confidence, collaboration, physicality, and communication skills Support and contribute to school productions, showcases, and extracurricular Drama clubs Use creative assessment and differentiation to support progress for all abilities What We're Looking For We are looking for a Drama Teacher who can ignite passion and enthusiasm in students of all abilities. You will: Hold QTS, PGCE, ECT status, or equivalent (unqualified teachers with relevant experience considered) Have recent experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting Demonstrate strong classroom management and subject knowledge Be creative, energetic, and confident leading practical lessons Be available to start in May Why This Role?
