Pure Care are currently searching for an enthusiastic Care Coordinator or Rota Manager to join an established domiciliary care company in the Godalming area. Care Coordinator– Job Reference. PK62342 * Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm / 9am-5pm * £27,500 annum £500 extra per month if on call * NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care As the Care Coordinator you will play an integral part in managing the daily communications of the branch and offering an efficient and caring service. You should be personable and approachable as you will be liaising with a variety of staff members, families and other healthcare professionals to ensure all the valued Clients needs are met. This is a Monday to Friday, predominantly office based role with a starting salary of £27,500 per annum. The company can also offer an extra £500 per month if you opt into the on call responsibilities, shared between the management team. (Once settled into the position and comfortable) The ideal Care Coordinator candidate will hold at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with previous experience within a supervisory or management role in a care setting, either Homecare or a Care Home. Previous Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager or Office Manager experience is preferred.
