Training & Recruitment Manager
Permanent | Full-time (40 hours per week) | 25 days holiday + bank holidays - Up to £50,000 DOE
As Training & Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment and training lifecycle - from attracting and selecting candidates, through to onboarding, training delivery, and retention. You'll manage a trainer, ensure professional communication with applicants, and continuously improve processes to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and improve the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate journey
2. Manage and evaluate recruitment channels to attract quality applicants
3. Oversee onboarding and induction to ensure new starters feel welcomed and supported
4. Run the Training School, planning trainee intakes and balancing resources effectively
5. Monitor trainee progress, providing support and interventions where needed
6. Assess training methods, seeking opportunities for innovation and efficiency
7. Develop and report on KPIs, reducing costs per trainee and improving retention
