An exciting opportunity has arisen for part-time, temporary Customer Service Assistants across OneRen.
Available hours are listed in the attachment, subject to change based on shift patterns:
* 12 hours per week
* 18.5 hours per week
* 24 hours per week
* 25 hours per week
Reporting to the Facility Duty Manager, you will assist in providing a welcoming reception service to customers using sports and leisure facilities. Your role will support the management of the facility in delivering high-quality leisure services.
This role requires an individual with front-line customer service experience who can adapt within a busy, dynamic environment with multi-tasking demands.
You will be responsible for maintaining reception facilities and equipment, including a computerized ticketing and booking system, and providing information and advice to enhance customer experience. Promoting the full range of facilities and services, including memberships, merchandise, and retail items, is also part of your duties. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining statistical records and handling monies in accordance with procedures.
