The Role
As part of IDASO's recent expansion into the UK traffic survey and data collection market, an exciting opportunity as a Project Support Administrator has arisen to support our UK Operations function in successfully planning, undertaking and delivering projects on time, and to our high company standards. This role would suit an administrator looking to progress into a project support role, but we would also consider candidates without prior experience that demonstrate strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
This is a full time position, based out of our Chelmsford office working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will report to the UK Sales Director to deliver a high-quality service through robust, accurate, and timely administrative activities. This will include coordinating project specific operational activities, maintaining and updating project information on our bespoke internal project management system (CORE), monitoring project progress, and regular communication with IDASO's sales, operations and data analysis teams.

Responsibilities Will Include:
· Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
· Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Booking hotels/ travel for site technicians as and when required.
· Assist the UK and Ireland sales and operations teams in general administrative duties and processes.
Requirements:
· Full valid UK licence
· Strong administration skills paired with high levels of attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively communicate project information.
· Be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
· Have good knowledge of Microsoft software.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
