About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Support Manager to join our supported living services in West Cornwall. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to lead and directly line-manage support teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and those requiring positive behaviour support.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll champion person-centred support, drive regulatory compliance, uphold safeguarding standards and ensure that the individuals we support live their best lives. You’ll also play a vital role in building a strong, empowered team culture ensuring staff feel valued, supported, and equipped with the skills and tools they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage support teams across West Cornwall
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, personalised care in line with regulatory standards
* Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement
* Provide clear expectations, guidance, and development opportunities for staff
* Keep the needs and aspirations of the people we support at the heart of everything we do
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to data-driven decision-making
* Support service improvement through regular reporting and analysis

* Proven experience in a leadership role within adult social care or supported living
* Strong understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and PBS
* Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills
* A compassionate, proactive, and resilient approach to management
