Private Client Locum | Lancashire (Office-Based) | Ongoing Assignment | Immediate Start
A well-established law firm in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to support the team on an ongoing basis while they recruit for a permanent member of staff.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied private client caseload, including:
• Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
The firm uses the LEAP case management system, and full secretarial support is provided within the department.
Candidate Requirements
• Ideally a qualified Solicitor, although experienced non-qualified locums with strong private client experience will also be considered
• Previous experience handling Wills, Probate and LPAs
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experience using LEAP would be advantageous
