Key Responsibilities
As a
Logistics Development Manager
, you'll:
* Support the rollout of our Warehousing Excellence Roadmap, tailoring European initiatives to UK & Ireland operations.
* Define and implement standardised operational procedures that elevate efficiency and consistency across sites.
* Lead facility-level improvement projects – from deployment to evaluation – ensuring measurable impact.
* Promote a continuous improvement culture, delivering training and coaching to regional teams.
* Support inventory accuracy and SOX compliance, working closely with Supply Chain Planning and European colleagues.
* Align with the European team on WMS strategy and technology rollouts, ensuring local readiness and adoption.
* Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing clear updates, impact reporting, and escalation when required.
Skills And Experience
We're seeking someone who brings:
* A strong background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain development.
* Proven experience in process improvement, lean methodology, or operational excellence initiatives.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* The ability to influence, coach, and drive engagement at all levels.
* A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland region when needed.
