Job Role: Data & Talent Support Coordinator

To provide proactive support to the business, with primary responsibility to assist the Group Head of Talent Acquisition on key projects, analyze data to inform decisions, create presentations, and monitor key metrics across the talent department.


Scope of the role:

Provide insightful data, suggest strategic improvements, and support the talent function’s effectiveness.


Location:

This role is office-based, requiring on-site presence Monday - Friday (LS12 6DB).


Key Responsibilities:

1. Report and analyze talent performance weekly for recruitment and onboarding, including offer analysis and agency spend overlay.
2. Manage job board platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Total Jobs), oversee monthly credit spending, and handle company page management and reviews within 48 hours.
3. Check and advertise current vacancies against live vacancy reports.
4. Lead monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinate arrangements.
5. Prepare data and presentations for board and HR meetings and talent projects.
6. Monitor and control monthly departmental spends.
7. Conduct market intelligence and analysis.
8. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to support recruitment efforts, providing regular data updates.
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing shared inboxes, handling queries, updating trackers and boards.
10. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.


Knowledge and Experience:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Understanding of data quality importance and issue identification.
* Ability to interpret data sets to generate actionable insights.
* Capacity to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative.
