What You Will Do:
* Deliver client-centred treatments incorporating both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches.
* Manage a caseload effectively, providing harm reduction advice, guidance, and support.
* Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
* Facilitate structured one-on-one and group sessions, as well as accredited treatment programmes.
* Collaborate with healthcare, transitional, housing, employment, and other services to prepare individuals for release.
* Measure outcomes and maintain cooperative relationships with partner agencies.
* Engage in flexible working hours, which may include weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
* Ensure the ethical and legal management of client information and responsibilities are upheld.
