Youll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targets Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front-of-house staff Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations Managing stock control, costs, and overall centre profitability Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed This aligns with the core focus of the role around customer excellence, financial performance, operational control, and people management .
