We are seeking a visionary Head of AI Strategy to drive digital transformation and process innovation across our European subsidiaries. In this role, you will define the regional AI roadmap, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency. You will act as the primary bridge between our Global Headquarters (HQ) and European local subsidiaries to ensure alignment on AI tooling, data security governance, and strategic direction.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Process Innovation: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the European region. Identify high-impact opportunities within business processes to leverage AI for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
2. HQ Alignment & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact with Global HQ regarding AI solution adoption. Ensure European initiatives align with corporate direction and technological standards.
3. Governance & Security Compliance: Translate and enforce HQ’s data security guidelines and AI ethical standards across all European subsidiaries. Establish governance frameworks for safe AI implementation.
4. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with regional leadership to drive change management and foster an AI-driven culture within the organization.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
5. Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy, or AI implementation strategy.
6. Strategic Thinking: Consistent track record of designing strategies that result in measurable cost savings or efficiency gains.
7. Communication: Excellent command of English. Strong ability to negotiate and align goals between HQ and local entities.
8. Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise AI trends, AI technologies, and corporate governance.
