Role
We are excited to be working on a newly created Head of Financial Planning position for a large HNW financial planning company with multiple offices in the Southwest, Home Counties and London. The role will report into the CEO, and you will be part of their senior management team. You will be responsible for organic growth working with each Financial Planner in the business alongside providing 1st line T&C support. You will also be strategically involved in other areas of the business including helping lead on the integration of any company acquisitions. This is a pure management, non-client facing position.
Requirements
Our client is seeking an experience sales and financial planning leader who has managed large teams and understands how a financial planning business is run alongside the various departments/positions for a company to be successful in the industry. You must be able to tailor your approach dependent on the level of Adviser you are working with including managing senior, seasoned practitioners with portfolios of HNW-UHNW clients to more junior Advisers building out their books. You will need to have a proven track record of motivating and coaching your team to hit their growth targets but also monitor the quality of work that is being provided to make sure clients are receiving the quality of service that the company prides themselves on. You will have a strong technical understanding of Financial Planning being at least Level 4 qualified, but ideally Chartered qualified.

For the right person our client would pay a highly competitive £six figure basic salary plus bonuses which will be based on both yours and your teams performance, plus corporate benefits.
