We would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work at South Farnham School, Junior Site.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, kind team player and may also suit a Graduate (or equivalent) interested in pursuing a career in teaching and seeking to gain school experience. The role requires good interpersonal skills and a strong desire to support children across all areas of school life.
South Farnham Educational Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust comprising ten schools and our associate member, St Mary’s C of E (Aided) Infant School. South Farnham School, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, is a center of teaching excellence. Since September 2021, it has been designated a Teaching School Hub, enhancing its role in teacher development and educational innovation.
Our School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) program has over 100 trainees. The school’s Teaching School Hub status, awarded in September 2021, is a significant achievement for both the school and the Trust.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours of work: 8.45am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday, during term time only (38 weeks).
