About This Role
* Maintain, grow and champion a portfolio of clients by delivering first‑class marketing solutions across Reach PLC’s print, digital, video, social, content and partnership platforms.
* Build long‑term relationships that drive renewals and smart upsells.
* Identify opportunities and pitch tailored solutions that hit client goals.
* Own a defined book of accounts, act as the client’s go‑to contact, and develop strategic plans to increase revenue, lift order value and unlock cross‑product growth.
* Lead consultative conversations, use insights and campaign performance to recommend what works.
* Run win‑back campaigns – re‑engage lapsed advertisers, craft compelling reactivation offers and secure long‑term loyalty.
Key Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales or client management, with evidence of customer success.
* Consultative seller with strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Enthusiasm for marketing and advertising, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
* Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Digital literacy – confident use of CRM systems, spreadsheets and presentation tools; quick to learn new platforms.
* Flexible, detail‑oriented and resilient, able to work swiftly without compromising quality.
* Background in marketing or advertising not required – comprehensive training will be provided.
