We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join one of our dynamic technical teams, such as Marketplace, Privacy, Passenger, Supply, B2B, etc. Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to gather requirements and discuss project goals Participate in the analysis, design and evaluation of technical requirements together with the team Write clean, scalable, and efficient code mainly in Go language Implement new microservices and support old ones Perform unit testing and participate in integration and system testing to ensure the quality of the software Review and give feedback on code written by peers to ensure consistency, readability, and efficiency Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides Requirements 3 years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services Proficiency with Go/Ruby/Python/C++/Java/Kotlin languages In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc. Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency Our current stack: Go microservices, shrinking Ruby monolith, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Thrift, Redis, AWS, Terraform, K8s, Jenkins.
