Job Summary
We are looking for someone with previous property lettings experience who can use their own initiative to work both on their own as well as manage a team of 4 negotiators in a busy workplace environment, knowledge of CFP would be beneficial but not essential.
Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
Managing 4 lettings negotiators
Managing online adverts for student lettings;
Providing prospective tenants with viewings of managed properties;
Creating tenancy agreements for all new tenants;
Inspecting properties and liaising with landlords;
Conducting move in & move out inspections and preparing the respective inventories;
Liaising with Durham County Council regarding any HMO requirements;
Instructing contractors to carry out any property maintenance; and
General office duties; filing, answering telephone, form completions.
