Hours: Full-time – 40 hours (including weekends, and shifts)
Pay: £15.84 per hour

About the Role
As a Waking Night - Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
Responsibilities
* Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
* Building positive relationships with young people
* Supporting care plans and daily routines
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
* A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
* Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
* A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
