Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a
Site Supervisor
to join our delivery team on the
Charfield Train Station
project. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of works on-site, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to meet project milestones.
* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
* Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, safety inspections, and progress reports.
* Support the Site Manager and Project Manager in delivering the project to time and budget.
* Lead site briefings, toolbox talks, and promote a positive safety culture.
* Liaise with stakeholders including Network Rail, local authorities, and the community where required.

What You'll Bring
You'll bring… (your wealth of experience & qualifications)
* Proven experience supervising construction works in a rail stations, buildings or rail related civil engineering environments.
* Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification and Controller of Site Safety (COSS) ticket.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and temporary works.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Competency in using digital tools for reporting and record-keeping.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SSSTS certification.
